Bulgarian Tourist Websites Among the Most Correct
Bulgarian websites for tourist services are among those who do not violate the EU directives, reports Bulgaria's wire service BTA, quoting the EC.
A recent EU inspection found that the Bulgarian, Hungarian, Romanian and Norwegian websites for tourist bookings are the only European sites for such services who are in full compliance with EU regulations.

Jankovic fails to win Bogota title
BOGOTA - Serbia's Jelena Jankovic failed to win the title at the WTA tennis tournament in Bogota after losing to France's Caroline Garcia 6-3, 6-4 in the final late Sunday.
With poor serves and a series of unexpected errors, Jankovic, the first seed at the tournament, underperformed almost throughout the match, which was dominated by the Frenchwoman.

Bulgarian Exports Decreased in Beginning of 2014
Exports to the EU dwindled by 2.6% on a yearly basis in January and was estimated at BGN 2 B.
Statistics on trade with non-EU countries yield worse results, with a 14.2% decrease in exports for January and February, the website Expert.bg reports, citing official data.

US, French Ships 'Passed Black Sea Straits', Did Not Inform of Route
Two vessels one from the US and another from France, passed through the Dardanelles strait early on Thursday without informing of their destination.
The announcement by Turkish authorities quoted by the website of Daily Sabah adds up to earlier reports that only the destroyer USS Donald Cook passed through the Black Sea Straits.
Jankovic off to successful start in Bogota
BOGOTA - Serbia's highest-ranked female tennis player Jelena Jankovic made a successful start at the WTA tournament in Bogota by beating Mathilde Johansson of France 7-5, 7-5 late Wednesday.
In the second round, Jankovic will face Sofia Shapatava of Georgia, who beat Germany's Dinah Pfizenmaier 2-1 (6-4, 2-6, 6-2).

BOGOTA - Serbian tennis player Jelena Jankovic and Danka Kovinic of Montenegro lost to Elitsa Kostova (Bulgaria) and Chieh Yu Hsu (U.S.) 1-6, 6-3, 10-6 in a first-round doubles match on Wednesday.
In the singles category, Jankovic is defending the title. She has been seeded first, and will take on Mathilde Johansson of France in a first-round match on Wednesday evening.
