Foreign Minister stresses Greek role in regional stability
Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias used his appearance at a meeting of Med Group diplomats in Paris on Friday to stress the geopolitical importance of Greece?s eurozone partners helping to prevent the country?s economic collapse.
Jankovic loses to Williams
DUBAI - Serbia's Jelena Jankovic has failed to reach the semifinals of the WTA tournament in Dubai, since she lost to Serena Williams from the US 6-2 6-2 on Thursday.
This marked Williams' 9th victory in 13 matches against Jankovic.
Williams will next face the winner of the match between France's Alize Cornet and Spain's Carla Suarez Navaro.

Vucic: Solving economic issues is most important task
STARA PAZOVA - First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said that the most important task for Serbia is to solve its economic issues.
Vucic stressed late on Tuesday that good results will be achieved in economy if the same dedication is shown as in the fight against corruption and crime.

Music days at Parobrod
BELGRADE - The cultural centre Parobrod in Belgrade will host a number of music events from February 13 to 15, including a concert of Tzootzonga Ansambl and an evening of French chansons on Valentine's Day, the organizers have said.

Aleksandar Zograf's exhibition to open on Wednesday
BELGRADE - An exhibition by cartoonist Aleksandar Zograf, titled Life in a Comic Book, will open late Wednesday at the French Institute in Belgrade.
The exhibition features Zograf's comic strips published in France in three collections: Second-Hand World (2008), Regards from Serbia (2000), E-mails from Pancevo (1999) and works published in albums from the Lapin series.
Ivanovic, Jankovic through to Doha second round
DOHA - Serbian tennis player Ana Ivanovic is through to the second round of the WTA tournament in Doha, after her first-round opponent, Slovakia's Daniela Hantuchova retired at the start of the second set.
With the Serbian player leading by 7:5, and 1-0 in the second set, Hantuchova withdrew with a right knee injury.
