Gasic, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan discuss cooperation

ABU DHABI - There is a strong orientation towards essential improvement in the already good defence cooperation between Serbia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and overall bilateral relations, Serbian Defence Minister Bratislav Gasic and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, agreed during a meeting on Monday.

Record number of visitors at Tourism Fair

BELGRADE - This year's International Fair of Tourism in Belgrade was visited by a total of 70,000 people, and around 5,000 of them were guests from abroad, which asserted that the event has a leading position in the region.

ABU DHABI -- Serbian Defense Minister Bratislav Gasic attended on Sunday the opening of the 12th International Defense Exhibition and Conference IDEX 2015 in Abu Dhabi.

After visiting the stand of the Serbian company Yugoimport-SDPR the minister told Tanjug that the country's defense industry was "successfully presented."

Tony Blair to Advise Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic

Former UK PM Tony Blair is to receive funding to advise Serbia's Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, British media report.

Sixteen years back, Blair was among politicians at the spearhead of the NATO bombing campaigns carried out against Belgrade during the Kosovo War. Vucic himself was Minister of Information of former Yugoslavia at the time.

Int'l Fair of Tourism to open in Belgrade on Thursday

BELGRADE - The 37th International Fair of Tourism will bring together 1,100 exhibitors from 49 countries in Belgrade from February 19 to 22, Belgrade Fair's press office has announced.

This year's fair will be held under the slogan "Seize the Moment", and exhibitors will present their tourist offer in six halls.
