Italy's ex-PM "fears there won't be a Europe" next September

There is no national solution to terrorism or migrations - they both need a European solution, says former Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta.

In an interview for Deutsche Welle, he also revealed he feared there may not be "a Europe" this time next year.
