Two border crossings with Hungary closed
Border crossings of Horgos and Backi Vinogradi with Hungary in northern Serbia have been closed.
The Automobile and Motorcycle Association of Serbia (AMSS) announced this on Wednesday morning, quoting the Border Police Directorate.

Horgos border crossing closed on Hungarian side
Traffic on the border crossing of Horgos between Serbia and Hungary was closed on Tuesday morning on the Hungarian side.
Travelers therefore must use other crossings, such as Kelebija and Backi Breg, the Automobile and Motorcycle Association of Serbia (AMSS) has announced.

Landslide shuts down another road
BELGRADE -- A landslide that collapsed a significant amount of material onto the road has completely cut off the Nis-Pirot road in southern Serbia.
The landslide is located near Prosek.
The Automobile and Motorcycle Association of Serbia (AMSS) said that traffic was being rerouted via Ploce this morning.

Heavy snow makes driving conditions difficult in Serbia
BELGRADE - The snow that fell during the night and low temperatures causing icy roads made driving in Serbia difficult on Monday, the Automobile and Motorcycle Association of Serbia (AMSS) said in a release Monday morning.
A lot of snow is expected during the day and evening, so motorists are being warned to drive with caution.
5 hour wait at border with Croatia, 4 at border with Hungary
BELGRADE - Passenger vehicles have to wait 5 hours to exit Serbia at the Batrovci crossing along the border with Croatia, while the wait at the Horgos crossing, which leads to Hungary, is around 4 hours, the Interior Ministry office for media relations said on Sunday.
Serbia Declares Days of Mourning For Victims
Serbia's government on Tuesday declared Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as days of mourning after severe floods claimed 20 lives and caused mass evacuations.
Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said that many people had perished in the floods, and that once the waters recede, the number will "certainly be even higher".
