The Council of Ministers today discusses the proposal of candidates for European Commissioner. Two candidacies were presented, an opportunity provided in Ursula von der Leyen's letter. The European Court of Auditors (ECA) is on high alert about the risk of fraud and abuse associated with the €750 billion EU Pandemic Recovery Fund, DPA informs.
