A 26-year-old man died in the early hours of Sunday after being attacked in the central Athenian neighborhood of Exarchia.
Hospital sources told the state-run Athens-Macedonia News Agency that the man, identified as an Algerian national, was stabbed with a sharp object and arrived at a local hospital at around 4.30 a.m. Medics were unable to save him.
