Two Turkish soldiers were killed on Sept. 20 on the 28th day of the Euphrates Shield operation, as Ankara-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) fighters advance near the al-Bab region with the support of U.S.-led coalition warplanes, Doğan News Agency has reported.

US Special Forces join Turkish troops in northern Syria
As U.S. Special Forces joined Turkish troops and Free Syrian Army (FSA) fighters along the Turkish border near Jarablus and al-Rai in Syria, Turkey-backed forces have continued advancing to the southern areas of northern Syria.
US Special Forces join Turkish troops in al-Rai
U.S. special forces are accompanying Turkish troops and Free Syrian Army (FSA) fighters along the Turkish border near Jarabulus and al-Rai in Syria, the Pentagon told Anadolu Agency on Sept. 16.
The move came "at the request of the government of Turkey", according to agency spokesman Capt. Jeff Davis.

Turkey, US-led forces hit more ISIL targets
Turkey and U.S.-led coalition forces have intensified their joint military campaign against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in Syria and Iraq.
Some 13 Turkish "Fırtına" (Storm) howitzers shelled six ISIL targets on Sept. 13 in the Wuguf area of northern Syria as part of the Euphrates Shied Operation, the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) said in a statement on Sept. 14.

Anti-ISIL coalition kills six militants in 'Euphrates Shield' in northern Syria
Six Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) militants were killed in air strikes by coalition forces carried out as part of the "Euphrates Shield" operation in northern Syrian between al-Rai and Azaz on Sept. 13, as the Turkish-initiated offensive of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) enters its 22nd day.
