Head of the Researh Center of War, War Crimes and Tracing Missing Persons, Milorad Kojic, expects that the former commander of the Bosnian Army units in Srebrenica, Naser Oric, will be extradited to Serbia in order to initiate the trial process and announce the verdict.

Serbia wants Hague to finish Seselj case quickly
Sasa Obradovic has said that proceedings before the Hague Tribunal (ICTY) take an excessive amount of time, in the context of the health of some indictees.
The Serbian government's legal representative was addressing a UN Security Council session when he called for the proceedings before the court to be concluded as soon as possible.

"Hague Tribunal still on schedule for 2017 shutdown"
Hague Tribunal President Theodor Meron said before the UN Security Council that the last cases tried before the court would be completed in 2017, as scheduled.
Meron was presenting information on the progress of the Hague Tribunal (ICTY) in completing the remaining first and second instance proceedings.
"Serbia will act on Seselj arrest warrant"
Serbia will act on an arrest warrant for Vojislav Seselj if and when it is received, because it would be under obligation to so so, says Sasa Obradovic.
Obradovic is on behalf of the government in charge of the procedure of Seselj's return to the Hague Tribunal (ICTY) detention unit.

In Seselj case, "Serbia respects Serbian deadlines"
The Serbian government met on Tuesday but did not discuss the case of Vojislav Seselj, whose return to the detention of the Hague Tribunal has been demanded.
B92 has been told that in this case Serbia will respect its own deadlines, "rather than some unrealistic ones imposed on it." The Hague's Appeals Chamber wanted Seselj back in prison by today, May 26.
"Appeals Chamber orders Seselj arrested and extradited"
The Appeals Chamber of the Hague Tribunal is demanding from the Serbian government to arrest Vojislav Seselj and extradite him on May 26, a daily writes.
According to Politika, the Appeals Chamber also said that Seselj's health cannot prevent that, as it would not need to deteriorate at all by his return to the Hague detention.
"No open issues with prosecution, no Seselj order yet"
Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic says that in the case of Vojislav Seselj authorities "will act in line with Serbian law and public international law."
Vucic made the comments after his meeting with Chief Prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Serge Brammertz in Belgrade on Monday.

Hague Tribunal's chief prosecutor will be in Belgrade on Monday when he may clarify how the decision to order Vojislav Seselj back to Hague was made.
Seven months after his return from The Hague, Seselj could soon again could be detained. However, it remains unclear how the Appeals Chamber could make such a decision without the Trial Chamber that has him on trial.
