Interpol suspends Kosovo's application for membership
The Interpol General Assembly has suspended applications for membership, including from Kosovo, pending completion of a study.
While the study is being carried out, all current and future applications for membership including those from Kosovo, the State of Palestine and the Solomon Islands have been suspended, Interpol said in a statement.

Another attempt by Kosovo to join the Interpol Executive Committee has failed, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has said.

JAKARTA/BELGRADE - Another attempt by Kosovo to join the Interpol Executive Committee has failed, Serbian FM Ivica Dacic said on Monday.

BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of the Interior Nebojsa Stefanovic is attending the 83rd session of INTERPOL General Assembly and the ceremony marking the 100 years of international police cooperation, taking place in Monaco, the Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP) said in a release on Monday.
