Moldova authorities told BIRN that they are in a dialogue with Israel on moving their Israel embassy to Jerusalem from Tel-Aviv - but emphasized that such an important decision is still in the "analysis" stage.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held talks at his office in Jerusalem on Thursday with Cypriot Foreign Minister Nikos Christodoulides, his office announced, with the agenda focusing on regional developments and the strengthening of bilateral ties in energy and emergency response to natural disasters.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry on Tuesday summoned Turkish Ambassador to the country Kemal Okem for clarification following Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s claims that Israel undermined Muslim traditions in Jerusalem, The Jerusalem Post newspaper reported.
