In December, Zoltan Andrusko, a restaurant owner from the southern town of Komarno, was sentenced to 15 years for Kuciak's murder in a separate trial.
Selakovic: Detailed plan for Chapter 23 next week
BELGRADE- Serbian Justice Minister Nikola Selakovic announced that the Ministry would file the third draft action plan for negotiating chapter 23 next week, which will be the most detailed version drafted in collaboration with over 45 different institutions.

Public procurement non-transparent, documents incomplete
BELGRADE - Irregularities in the public procurement procedure over the course of the previous year were mostly related to its non-transparency, incomplete tender documents and preferential treatment of certain bidders, Sasa Varinac, chairman of the national commission for the protection of bidders' rights, said on Monday.
Civil service professionalization needed
BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Justice and Public Administration Nikola Selakovic and French Ambassador to Serbia Francois-Xavier Deniau noted on Friday that Serbia needs the professionalization of civil servants who will then be capable of meeting the challenges of EU accession talks.
