Pristina's "platform" could spell end of talks - report
In the platform on what they called "the final phase of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue" Pristina authorities state that the dialogue's goal is Kosovo's membership in the UN and "mutual recognition."
Dacic, however, points out that the dialogue has been "status-neutral from the outset", and that Kosovo's status cannot be "defined in advance," RTS reported over the weekend.

Kosovo Moves to Establish Army Bypassing Serb veto
Kosovo Government is planning to establish the Army through changes that would broaden the responsibilities of the existing Kosovo Security Force (KSF) as one of the modalities to bypass a Serb veto. The KSF Ministry pledges that by 30 April they will proceed the Draft Law on Army to the Government, Gazeta Express reports.

Kosovo no longer needs EULEX, says Pristina official
Albanian language daily Epika e Re is reporting that said there was "major engagement on the rule of law and war against corruption and organized crime during the last seven months."
Tanjug reported this on Tuesday, citing UNMIK's Media Observer.
