Kosovo's Court of Appeal

The head of the Serbia's government's office for Kosovo, Petar Petkovic, said on Wednesday that the confirmation of the two-year sentence handed down to Kosovo MP and former minister Ivan Todosijevic was a "shameful, unacceptable and political verdict".

Kosovo's Court of Appeal on October 1 approved the complaint of the defence of 11 men - seized in a roundup of suspected terrorist supporters - and ordered the Basic Court to review its order to keep them in detention them on remand.
