Turkey Overwhelmingly Approves Iraq-Syria Motion
MPs in Turkey have passed a bill allowing the country's army to carry out operations against Sunni militant group Islamic State (IS) outside the country.
The motion comprises the territories of Syria and Iraq, the two countries where IS is based and which have the longest border with Turkey.

McAllister to become new EP rapporteur for Serbia
BRUSSELS - David McAllister of the European People's Party (EPP) is set to become the new European Parliament (EP) rapporteur for Serbia, Tanjug has learned at the MEP's office.
McAllister's appointment has been made at a closed-door EPP meeting, but it is yet to be officially confirmed by the EP's Committee on Foreign Affairs.
