Unemployment up to 5.46 percent at end-January

The unemployment rate was 5.46 percent at end-January, up 0.17 percent from December, a release of the National Employment Agency (ANOFM) informed AGERPRES on Wednesday.

The unemployment in January was, however, down 0.39 percent year-on-year.

Most unemployed people ? 97,102 ? were unskilled agricultural workers.
