Djokovic through to Roland Garros semi-finals
PARIS - Serbia's Novak Djokovic, the current world number one in men's tennis, is through to the Roland Garros semi-finals after beating Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic 6-3, 7-5, 6-3 on Thursday.
Djokovic won after two hours and six minutes of play, chalking up his 24th victory in 26 encounters with Berdych. It was also his 11 consecutive win over the Czech.

Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov Loses Quarterfinal in Acapulco
The highest ranking Bulgarian male tennis player Grigor Dimitrov concluded his participation at the Abierto Mexicano Telcel tournament in Acapulco.
In a match from the quarterfinals, Dimitrov suffered a defeat to Dominic Thiem from Austria with 5:7, 2:6.
Thiem held the initiative throughout the match and deservedly claimed the final victory in their first encounter.
Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov Reaches Quarterfinals in Acapulco
The highest ranking Bulgarian male tennis player Grigor Dimitrov reached the quarterfinals of the Abierto Mexicano Telcel tournament in Acapulco.
In a match from the second round, Dimitrov defeated Donald Young from the USA with 6:3, 6:4 in slightly less than an hour and a half.
Thus the Bulgarian recorded his fourth consecutive victory over Young.

Novak Djokovic through to Miami Open semifinal
MIAMI - World's best tennis player Novak Djokovic qualified for the semifinal of the Miami Open as he defeated Spain's David Ferrer in the quarterfinal match early on Friday (CET), 7-5, 7-5.
In the semifinal, Djokovic will cross rackets with John Isner of the U.S. who beat Kei Nishikori of Japan, 6-4, 6-3.

Tennis-Djokovic through to top 16 stage in Shangai
SHANGAI - World number one Novak Djokovic advanced to the third round of the Shangai Masters, after beating Austria's Dominic Thiem 6-3, 6-4 on Wednesday.
Defending champion Djokovic broke Thiem's serve early in both sets and brought his first ever meeting with Austria's new tennis hope to a successful close without much effort.

Troicki makes successful comeback at Swiss Open
GSTAAD - Serbian tennis player Viktor Troicki qualified for the Swiss Open second round in Gstaad as he defeated Austria's Dominic Thiem in the Monday match, 7-6 (7-4), 6-4.
Troicki made a successful comeback to completion routines after a one-year suspension pronounced in July 2013 for violation of anti-doping regulations.

Lajovic in Hamburg quarterfinals
HAMBURG - Serbian no. 2 Dusan Lajovic is through to the quarterfinals of the Hamburg Open, after his compatriot Filip Krajinovic retired at 3-1 down in the first set during their 3rd round match on Thursday.
Krajinovic won his Wednesday's match against defending champion Fabio Fognini of Italy by 6-4, 6-0, despite coming down with a high fever.
