Novi Sad inventor wins European award
NOVI SAD - Stefan Velja, a young inventor from Novi Sad, won the Gold Medal for Young Inventors at the Brussels Eureka competition, Novi Sad Radio 021 reports.
His patent, a stent used for catching and breaking up blood clots, was presented at the International Exhibition of Invention, Research and New Technologies 'Eureka 2014' held in Brussels on November 13-15.

BELGRADE - The five-member student team representing Serbia in the 45th International Physics Olympiad for high school students won one silver and three bronze medals, and one honorable mention, the Belgrade-based Mathematical High School announced.
