Tommy Hilfiger sold the mega yacht “Flag” to a Greek shipowner for 39.5 million euros

American fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger has sold what he described as his “most prized possession”, the luxury mega yacht Flag. The 62.3m (204ft) long Feadship was sold by Merle Wood & Associates in a deal with Torrance Yachts. It is unclear how much the yacht changed hands for, but he was last asking 39,500,000 euros.

Customs officers of the Kapitan Andreevo Customs Post have seized on 07.10.2017 16,823 textile products, 258 pairs of shoes, 283 bags, suspected of having been manufactured in violation of intellectual property rights, the Customs Agency reported.

The goods were shipped with a Polish-registered lorry which traveled from Turkey to Poland.

Tommy Hilfiger to Open First Own Store in Bulgaria

US brand Tommy Hilfiger is due to have its first store in Bulgaria this week, according to media reports.

Most of Tommy Hilfiger's production had so far been available in Peek&Cloppenburg's retail chain.

It is now entering the Bulgarian market via Greek SARKK Group, the importer and distributor of the brand in Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Cyprus and Macedonia.
