60,000 people in Bulgaria suffer from eating disorders, according to unofficial statistics. An anonymous sociological survey among students ages 13 to 19 shows that 5% of girls have anorexia. The study is representative of the city of Sofia. At the same time, it is difficult to cover these patients, as most of them are hiding their suffering, says Monitor.

4506 Cases of Harassment and Bullying have been Registered in Schools in Bulgaria
There were 4506 cases of aggression and harassment during the past academic year. This was announced by Tanya Mihaylova, Deputy Minister of Education at the round table "Aggression in the Bulgarian Society - A Necessity to Counteract" in the Parliament, reports sega.
There were 402 cases of violence against children and 39 cases of violence against teachers.

Exercising can BEAT depression: Just one hour a week can reduce chance of symptoms
Taking part in even a small amount of exercise each week can significantly reduce the chance of suffering symptoms, researchers showed.
In the largest ever study of its kind, analysis involving more than 30,000 adults revealed 12 per cent of depression cases could have been prevented by a small amount of regular exercise.
