The family of Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo is investing in prime real estate in Athens, following the announcement that they, in partnership with Premia Properties - a real estate investment and management company - have acquired the popular Village Shopping & More center in Rentis, near Piraeus, for €14.1 million.

The announcement also states that the shopping center will be immediately upgraded with the aim of creating a model sports and entertainment center.

The donation, which was not disclosed, was announced by Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias during a visit to the St Nicholas' Greek School in Tema, on the Atlantic coast.

The school relies solely on private donations and volunteers.
