Turkish military kills three PKK militants in northern Iraq

Three outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants were killed in airstrikes carried out by the Turkish Air Forces in northern Iraq on Aug. 1.        
         
In a statement, the General Staff said the air operation was launched in the Zap and Metina regions of Iraq.        
         

Turkey hits PKK targets in northern Iraq, kills seven militants

Seven outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants were killed in air operations in northern Iraq's Zap region on July 30 and 31, the Turkish General Staff has said in a statement. 

It said airstrikes on PKK targets in the Zap region on July 30 killed three PKK militants and destroyed two ammunition depots and two logistics bases.     

9 PKK militants killed in airstrike in northern Iraq

A total of nine outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants were killed in northern Iraq's Zap area late on July 25, the Turkish General Staff has said in a statement.

Turkish jets conducted an airstrike on PKK militant targets as the militants were preparing to attack Turkish bases, according to the statement.

The jets returned home safely, it added.

Four PKK militants with million-lira bounty on heads killed in Turkey's Adıyaman

16 PKK militants 'neutralized' in two days in Turkey's Tunceli

A total of 16 outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants have been "neutralized" in the eastern province of Tunceli over the past two days, the Tunceli Governor's Office announced on April 27.

Authorities use the word "neutralized" to refer to militants who are killed, wounded or captured.       

Turkish jets hit PKK targets in northern Iraq's Zap region

The Turkish Armed Forces hit outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) targets in the northern Iraqi region of Zap on April 26, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.

Six PKK militants, who were in preparation for an attack, were "neutralized" in the operation, according to the Turkish Armed forces statement.

Turkey hitting PKK targets 'to prevent attacks during referendum process'

Turkey has been carrying out air strikes against the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in northern Iraq in order to stop militants from infiltrating into Turkey when the weather conditions improve and as a part of security measures for the upcoming referendum on shifting Turkey to an executive presidency.

14 PKK targets destroyed in northern Iraq: Military

A total of 14 outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) targets in northern Iraq were destroyed in an air operation on Jan. 10, the Turkish Armed Forces stated on Jan. 11.

According to a statement by the military, Turkish warplanes conducted an air operation in the Zap, Gara, Hakurk, Avaşîn and Basyan regions between 6 p.m. and 8:34 p.m.
