The Romanian tennis players Marius Copil and Adrian Ungur have won the doubles in the 439,405 euro worth BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy, by defeating in the final 3-6, 7-5, 17-15 the pair of US Nicholas Monroe and New Zealander Artem Sitak, on Sunday, at Bucharest's Arenele BNR.

Romanians Marius Copil and Adrian Ungur produced the day's surprise Thursday, defeating Florin Mergea and Rohan Bopanna in the BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy doubles on the BNR Arenas of Bucharest and thus qualifying to the semifinal.

Adrian Ungur completed on Sunday his 6-1, 5-7, 6-4 victory against Luca George Tatomir in the first qualification round of the 439,405-euro ATP tournament BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy on Bucharest's BNR Arenas.

Romanian Bogdan Ionut Apostol (19 years old) defeated Bosnian Aldin Setkic, cu 6-4, 6-3 on Saturday at the BNR Arenas of Bucharest, in the first round of the BRD Nastase ?iriac Trophy ATP tournament, a tennis competition with prizes amounting to 439,405 euro.
