Jethro Tull in Istanbul
As part of its 'The Prog Years' tour, legendary British rock band Jethro Tull will perform at Zorlu PSM on June 17. Ian Anderson, who serves as the band's songwriter, producer, vocalist, flutist and sometimes guitarist, will be accompanied by Jethro Tull 'The Prog Years' musicians David Goodier, John O'Hara, Joe Parrish, and Scott Hammond during the concert.

The Rolling Stones open 60th anniversary tour in Madrid
British rock legends The Rolling Stones on June 1 opened their European tour with a gig in Madrid to mark six decades since the band was formed.
The Sixty tour will include 14 concerts across Europe with the first taking place in the Wanda Stadium, home to Atletico Madrid football club.
Depeche Mode keyboardist Andy Fletcher dies
Andrew Fletcher, a founding member of the British electronic band Depeche Mode, had died aged 60, the band announced on May 26.
"We are shocked and filled with overwhelming sadness with the untimely passing of our dear friend, family member, and bandmate Andy 'Fletch' Fletcher," it said on Twitter.

Pink Floyd release first new song since 1994 for Ukraine
Pink Floyd has written their first new song in almost 30 years to support Ukrainians, the band announced on April 7.
"Hey, Hey, Rise-Up!" was released on April 8, and be used to raise funds for humanitarian causes linked to the war.
It samples Andriy Khlyvnyuk, from one of Ukraine's biggest bands BoomBox, singing in Sofiyskaya Square in Kyiv in a clip that went viral.
The Wanted singer Tom Parker dies of brain tumor
Tom Parker, a member of British-Irish boy band The Wanted, has died after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor.
He was 33.
The band announced that Parker died on March 30, "surrounded by his family and his band mates."
Parker announced his diagnosis in October 2020 and underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

NFT’s magical mystery now includes Beatles memorabilia
Beatles fans won't be able to touch them, but they can soon get their virtual hands on personal memorabilia from John Lennon's son Julian in the form of NFTs.
The certified digital artworks going under the hammer in California next month include the NFT version of the handwritten notes for the song "Hey Jude," with an estimated price tag of up to $70,000.
