Bulgaria's Energy Ministry, Watchdog Mull Measures to Prevent Power Price Hike in April

Svetla Todorova, Chair of Bulgaria's State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (DKEVR), has assured that the Energy Ministry is doing its best to adopt short-term measures aimed at preventing an increase in power rates in April.

Todorova, as cited by the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency, informed Thursday that the measures were to be adopted by end-March.

Bulgarian Energy Holding Reshuffles Supervisory Board of Bulgartransgaz

The Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) has made changes to the Supervisory Board of state-owned gas transmission operator Bulgartransgaz.

The new members of the Supervisory Board of the company are Iliya Ivanov, Kiril Georgiev, and Vladimir Mitrushev.

They replace Krasimir Vitanov, Yovka Doychevska, and Denitsa Beyazova.

Bulgarian Energy Holding Conducts Top-level Reshuffle at Several Companies

The Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) has carried out a top-level reshuffle at a number of state-owned energy companies.

Georgi Hristozov and Georgi Zlatev have been removed from the Board of Directors of the Maritza Iztok mines (Mini Maritsa Iztok EAD) and are to be replaces by Dian Chervenkondev and Nikolay Dikov, according to a media statement of BEH.
