BELGRADE - Serbia ranks as first in Europe by the cancer mortality rate, which grows an average 2.5 percent every year, making the problem of malignant tumors in our country very serious, oncologist Slobodan Cikaric, president of the Serbian Society for the Fight Against Cancer, said Wednesday.
