The Associated Press — A Bulgarian official says the Bulgarian citizenship of Russian millionaire Sergey Adonev has been revoked over a 20-year-old fraud conviction in the United States.

Next year, the Facebook social network has to transfer its servers to the Russian Federation with Russian personal data. In 2018, it is entirely possible for Facebook to be blocked in Russia in accordance with the Personal Data Act, according to which all companies are required to store Russians' personal data on the territory of the Russian Federation, reports Kaldata.
Steven Seagal - a citizen of Russia
BELGRADE - Renowned Hollywood actor and martial arts master Steven Seagal has become a Russian citizen.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has decreed to grant US actor Steven Seagal Russian citizenship, a decree published on the Kremlin website said Thursday.
"Naturalize in Russia Seagal Steven Frederic, born April 10, 1952 in the United States of America," the decree reads.

ECHR fines Russia over treatment of HIV-positive foreigners
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled on March 15 that Russia had violated the rights of five HIV-positive individuals of non-Russian citizenship by not granting them Russian residency permits.
Russia issues travel warning
A travel warning for Russians travelling abroad was given by the Russian Foreign Ministry, stressing that they are in danger by US authorities.
The announcement states that US police forces target Russian citizens. It also blamed Washington DC for kidnapping Russian citizens.
