USA. EU Data Transfer Agreement Faces Second Law Suit
A second law suit has been filed with the Court of Justice in Luxembourg against the transfer of personal data between the EU and the USA, reported Reuters.
It was filed by three French privacy organisations about a month after Irish Digital Rights Ireland requested that the Privacy Shield agreement be annulled.

Islamic State (IS) hackers upload over 3,000 names of targets online
Hackers claiming to have ties with the Islamic State (IS) have targeted 3,600 New Yorkers, after they uploaded their personal details online. The hackers are calling on IS fighters to kill the people on the list. The FBI and police are in contact with the people on the ‘hit list’, according to international media.
