Turkish minister blames university over cyberattacks
A minister has blamed the Turkish university managing DNS serverd over recent cyberattacks that targeted websites with the extension ".tr," saying insufficient measures had been taken.
Transportation Minister Binali Y?ld?r?m said the Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ) should have taken more measures over the attacks, while highlighting the danger of cyberwar.

Several Turkish websites have been under cyberattack for four days, with Russian hackers claimed to be prime suspects behind the attack, daily Hürriyet has reported.

Bulgaria to Join Government Security Programme
The Bulgarian government authorised on Wednesday Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Rumyana Bachvarova to conclude a contract with Microsoft for participation in the Government Security Programme.
The State Agency for National Security (DANS) was selected as main contact point for the programme, the press service of the government informs.

Hackers have a 4-day feast with Greek banking and credit cards
A double cyber attack on Greek banks has been taking place with precision over four days. A group of hackers has launched therats against the e-banking systems of three Greek banks seeking a ransom in bitcoin. Meanwhile, there are leaks of Greek debit and credit card data that have been used for transactions with the United States in recent days.

Hackers go on a Greek bank spree over weekend
Three banks were on alert all weekend after hackers made attempts to intrude into their security systems. The National Intelligence Service, Cyber Crime Squad of Greece and Bank of Greece worked with bank officials all weekend in an attempt to stall off the hackers, who are believed to be coming from Russian say sources.

Hack Attack Targets Websites of Bulgaria Security Body, Parliament, Vote Counting Company
The websites of the State Agency for National Security (DANS), the transport and information technologies ministry, and ballot-counting company Information Service have stopped responding.
DANS is the country's domestic security and counter-intelligence agency.
