Kosovo Government: Kosovo had never impeded the dialogue with Serbia
They said that they are prepared to sit down at the table to find a final, legally binding agreement within existing borders, which leads to mutual recognition.
Commenting on the request of the Quint countries for the resumption of dialogue, a statement from the outgoing prime minister's cabinet said for Radio Free Europe that "no conditions should be set on that process".

Here's Pristina's platform for dialogue with Belgrade
It envisages, among other things, (Serbia's) recognition of the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo, Tanjug is reporting on Friday, citing Pristina-based daily Zeri.
The platform also seeks the abolition of UN Security Council Resolution 1244, and establishment of a court for crimes allegedly committed by Serbs during the conflict in the territory of Kosovo
Cooperation with US in field of security

"EU and NATO share position on Kosovo army"
"The Kosovo Assembly adopted today a legislation on the Kosovo Security Force (KSF)," the EU said in a statement. "Like NATO, the EU continues to share the view that the mandate of the KSF should only be changed through an inclusive and gradual process in accordance with Kosovo Constitution."

24 armored Humvees arrive from US to Kosovo
According to the broadcaster, "it is expected that they will be put at the disposal of the (future) Kosovo army."
The report recalled that the Kosovo government in July signed a contract to buy 51 such vehicles.
The handover ceremony at a Kosovo Security Forces (KSF) barrack was attended by high ranking local officials and those from the US embassy.
