EU: KSF can "transform only in accordance with constitution"
Last week, the Kosovo assembly adopted three draft laws on the transformation of the KSF, with Serb List members of the assembly opposed, Albanian language paper Zeri is reporting. The aim was to circumvent the constitutional changes, which must have be supported by the Serbs.

Kosovo's government on Thursday approved a new bill on the Kosovo Security Force, KSF, expanding its competences but avoiding the need for constitutional changes required to change it into a regular army.
The proposal came from Rrustem Berisha, Minister of the Kosovo Security Force, and provides for the gradual transformation of the FSK.

However, the UK will continue consultations to reach an agreement, as Russia and China firmly demand that the UN Security Council session on Kosovo be held in August.
This has been confirmed by Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, who spoke for Prva TV.

Kosovo Parliament Approves Montenegro Border Deal
Kosovo's parliament has ratified the long delayed border agreement with Montenegro, which both the EU and US have repeatedly pushed for.
November 2012 - Kosovo and Montenegro start consultations on signing an international agreement on border demarcation.
August 2015 - Kosovo and Montenegro sign the agreement in Vienna.
