Annual inflation in Bulgaria is 16.9%, reports the National Statistical Institute.
Monthly inflation for December 2022 is 0.9%, and annual inflation is 16.9%. Inflation is measured by Consumer Price Index (CPI), with monthly inflation for December 2022 compared to the previous month and annual inflation for December 2022 compared to the same month of the previous year.

Inflation reaches 9.6% in 2022
Last year recorded the fourth highest average annual inflation of the last three decades in Greece, amounting to 9.6%, recalling the state of the economy in the early 1990s, according to consumer price index data released by the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) on Thursday.

Eurostat pegs inflation in Greece at 9.8% and 10.7% in the eurozone in October
Harmonized inflation in Greece "fell" to 9.8% in October, according to Eurostat data. At the same time, the consumer price index in the eurozone increased by 10.7%, setting a new record.

Producer prices in agriculture down in August
The Agriculture producer price index declined by 4.34 percent in August from the previous month, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has said.
On the back of the August data, the annual increase of the index slowed from 158 percent in July to 142.4 percent last month.

Türkiye’s annual inflation at 79.6 percent
Turkish inflation rose to a fresh 24-year high of 79.6 percent in July, official data showed yesterday.
Month-on-month, consumer prices rose 2.37 percent in July, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) said. Annually, consumer price inflation was forecast to be 80.5 percent.

Inflation in Turkey Rises to 23-year High of nearly 79% in June
Turkish inflation rose year-on-year in June to a 23-year high of 78.62%, its acceleration for the 13th consecutive month boosted by the weakness of the local currency (the Turkish lira) and the negative effects of Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, which are expressed in a continued strong increase in the prices of raw materials.
Bulgaria: Annual Inflation for May jumped 15%
The annual inflation for May this year compared to May last year was 15.6%, according to national statistics.
The consumer price index in May compared to the previous month - April, was 101.2%, i.e. the monthly inflation was 1.2%. Inflation since the beginning of the year - May 2022 compared to December 2021, is 9.1%.
