CNCAV: 15,201 persons vaccinated against COVID in the past 24hrs
Bucharest, July 16 /Agerpres/ - A total of 15,201 doses of Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson&Johnson vaccine have been administered in the past 24 hours, of which 9,907 represented the first dose and 5,294 the second dose, according to a report released on Friday by the National Coordinating Committee for Vaccination Activities against COVID-19.
Slovenia to donate EUR 500,000 to Covax initiative
Ljubljana – Slovenia will donate EUR 500,000 to Covid-19 Vaccines Global Access (COVAX), a worldwide initiative aimed at equitable access to Covid-19 vaccines, this and next year, the government decided on Thursday. The country will also donate 250,000 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine to Egypt.

COVID-19 vaccination campaign: 16,455 people immunised in 24h, 9,213 with first dose
Romania's National COVID-19 Vaccination Coordination Committee (CNCAV) reports that 16,455 doses of vaccine have been administered in the past 24 hours, of which 10,983 doses of Pfizer vaccine, 612 of Moderna vaccine, 401 of AstraZeneca vaccine and 4,459 of Johnson & Johnson vaccine. CNCAV shows that 9,213 people were vaccinated with the first dose and 7,242 received the second dose.
Bulgaria May Bin Unused COVID-19 Jabs as Vaccination Falters

According to Gigov, while 4.6 million doses of different brands have been distributed, only 1.8 million have been used. The expiry date is close for those jabs that arrived in late 2020 or early 2021.
Turkey administers over 52.3 mln vaccine jabs to date
Turkey has administered over 52.34 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines since it launched a mass vaccination campaign in January, according to official figures released on July 3.
More than 35.78 million people have received their first doses, while over 15.58 million have been fully vaccinated, the Health Ministry said.

COVID-19 vaccination campaign/ 25,728 people immunized in last 24 hours; 10,952 - with first dose
Romania's National COVID-19 Vaccination Coordination Committee (CNCAV) has reported that in the last 24 hours 25,728 vaccine doses were administered, of which 17,861 - the Pfizer vaccine, 6,135 - Johnson&Johnson, 1,110 - the Moderna vaccine and 622 - the AstraZeneca vaccine.
Turkey administers over 16 million doses of vaccine in June
Turkey administered more than 16.4 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines in June alone, accounting for more than a third of all jabs given since the country's inoculation drive was rolled out in mid-January.
To date, nearly 15 million people have been fully vaccinated while over 31 million people have received their first doses of the coronavirus jab.
Turkey lowers COVID-19 vaccine eligibility age to 18
Turkey on June 23 lowered the COVID-19 vaccination eligibility age to 18, with appointments to be scheduled as of Friday, the country's health minister said.
Addressing a news conference after a meeting of the Coronavirus Scientific Advisory Board, Fahrettin Koca said Turkey aims to vaccinate 55 million people with at least one shot by mid-July.

In the last 24 hours, 23,750 doses of vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 were administered, of which 16,500 - Pfizer, 5,252 - Johnson & Johnson, 1,160 - Moderna and 838 - AstraZeneca, according to a report sent by the National Committee Coordinating COVID-19 Vaccination Activities (CNCAV).
