Bosnia to Return Migrants to Bihac Despite Opposition
About 1,000 migrants and refugees who have lingered at the site of the burned camp will now over-winter in what was formerly the largest migrant centre in Bosnia.
The decision concludes a several-day search for solutions to the emergency situation that arose after migrants torched the Lipa camp as it was about to close.

106 migrants relocated to France on Wednesday
One hundred and six asylum-seekers left Greece on Wednesday for Mulhouse, France, according to a Migration Ministry press release Wednesday.
The transport is part of a plan to relocate a total of 1,000 people to France, the ministry said.
So far, 275 asylum seekers and 131 unaccompanied migrant and refugee children have already been relocated to France.

Greece participated as an observer in a meeting of the Board of Directors of the International Center for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) for the first time on Thursday.
The meeting was chaired by Switzerland's Deputy Migration Minister Mario Gattiker, while Greece was represented by his counterpart Giorgos Koumoutsakos.
Turkey detains suspect over migrant smuggling
Police in northwestern Turkey detained a suspect amid a probe into migrant smuggling as 12 irregular migrants were held in a vehicle, according to security sources on Dec. 16.
Police in Kocaeli province stopped a minibus as part of the country's measures to stop migrant smuggling, said the source on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on speaking to the media.
