GERB has stated that they will not withdraw Raya Nazaryan's candidacy for Speaker of the 51st National Assembly, according to Deputy Denitsa Sacheva. Speaking to bTV, she emphasized that the outcome of the early elections is clear, and the election of the Parliament's Speaker will determine whether new elections are needed or if the country will move forward with a government.

"We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria" (WCC-DB) announced their decision to support "There Is Such a People" (TISP)'s proposal to temporarily appoint the oldest member of parliament, Silvi Kirilov, as Speaker of the Bulgarian Parliament. The coalition leaders stated they would withdraw their candidate, Andrey Tsekov, and called on other political formations to do the same.

Boyko Borissov, leader of GERB and former Prime Minister, emphasized that Bulgaria is heading toward new early parliamentary elections. Speaking at the party's national meeting, he described this as the last opportunity for a wiser political approach before Monday.

In a statement, Toshko Yordanov from "There Is Such a People" (TISP) announced that the party is submitting a complaint to the Constitutional Court seeking partial annulment of the recent elections in Bulgaria. The complaint, which will be filed within 20 minutes, has gathered 67 signatures, surpassing the minimum requirement of 48.

Hours after the first exit poll results from the US presidential election, politicians worldwide, including those from Bulgaria, sent their congratulations to the likely 47th president of the United States, Donald Trump.

Nadezhda Yordanova from "We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria" (WCC-DB) expressed her party's willingness to engage in discussions with GERB, emphasizing their openness to forming a politically bound agreement. She highlighted that while GERB may not work with figures like Peevski or Dogan, there is no issue with signing a declaration or any other formal agreement.

Former Bulgarian diplomat Iliyan Vassilev shared his views on the potential outcomes of the upcoming U.S. election, predicting a scenario in which pro-Russian and pro-oligarchic groups in Bulgaria will celebrate a victory for Donald Trump. According to Vassilev, these groups are hoping for Trump's influence to shift the outcome of the Ukraine conflict in favor of Putin.

Delyan Peevski, the leader of "DPS - New Beginning," has accused a group of politicians of attempting to undermine the Bulgarian state in a statement released to the media. He criticized these politicians for their desperate efforts to absolve themselves of responsibility following the recent elections, claiming that their behavior reflects their loss of 300,000 votes.

Kiril Petkov, co-chair of "We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria" (WCC-DB), issued a direct challenge to GERB leader Boyko Borissov, urging him to choose between allegiance to Bulgaria or Delyan Peevski. Petkov warned that if Borissov remains influenced by Peevski, negotiations between their parties would be unfeasible.

The leader of "DPS - New Beginning", Delyan Peevski, has called for Bulgaria's caretaker government and National Assembly to authorize MEP Elena Yoncheva to negotiate the release of Bulgarian sailors detained on the ship Galaxy Leader. His appeal was issued in an official statement from the party's press center.
