Former world champion Anthony Joshua needed seven rounds to stop stand-in opponent Robert Helenius in their heavyweight bout on Aug. 12.

Joshua, 33, looked ponderous in the early stages and the British boxer was jeered by his London home crowd. But he finished the fight with a thunderous knockout of Finland's Helenius at the O2 Arena.

Tyson Fury defended his World Boxing Council title in the heavyweight division after knocking out Deontay Wilder in the 11th round of the third clash between the two. In Las Vegas, Fury dominated most of the game, although he was sent down twice and knocked down in the fourth round.

Hughie Fury was seeking a career-best display against Kubrat Pulev in Sofia on Saturday night, but instead the young British heavyweight was dominated by the 37-year-old former world title challenger, reports The Telegraph.
