Bodies of drowned Bankovac children found
ALEKSINAC - Bodies of the three-year-old girl and the 11-month-old boy who fell into the surging Turija River along with their mother, were found on Thursday by the divers of the Serbian mountain rescue service (GSS), after extensive search of the riverbed and banks, GSS released.

Mild earthquake felt in Kosovska Mitrovica area
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - A 2.9-Richter degree earthquake was registered at 4.46 a.m. on Thursday in the Kosovska Mitrovica area, the Serbian Seismological Institute reported on its website.
The intensity in the epicentre of the earthquake is estimated to have been four degrees on the Mercalli scale.

Three missing from cargo ship that went down off Crete
Three members of the Togo-flagged Ag-Marina were missing on Thursday after the cargo ship went down in the early hours 30 nautical miles off the western coast of Crete, the Athens-Macedonia News Agency reported.
Four crew members were rescued by coast guard officers and three, possibly Russian nationals, are missing, according to reports.
Overflowing Dam Floods Villages In NW Bulgaria
An overflowing municipal dam flooded on Wednesday night the village Gyurgich and affected several other villages in Vidin region, northwestern Bulgaria.
No one was injured, as the residents were evacuated, but the tidal wave destroyed bridges and sewers and flooded homes and fields. The electricity, according to the public broadcaster BNT, was also cut.

Evros River swells to dangerous levels
Regional authorities in Evros on Greeces northern border warned on Wednesday that the Evros River had reached dangerously high levels and was at risk of breaking its banks.
At the gauging station at Kipoi, the river had reached 4 meters on Wednesday, 40 centimeters above the recommended safe level.
