Parliament police officer arrested for threats against ex-wife
This is the second incident of domestic violence involving a police officer serving in the Greek Parliament, following the arrest of another officer last November, who was accused of raping his children and wife.

The chief psychiatrist at Rethymno hospital who evaluated and released a 33-year-old French man who went on a week later to kill a woman with his car, said on Thursday that the offender may have been committed if his violent history had been known, according to state broadcaster ERT.

Parents arrested in Agrinio for abusing children
A 30-year-old father was arrested in Agrinio, central Greece, on Saturday after allegedly attacking his 12-year-old daughter with a knife and burning her with a cigarette.
He is also accused of physically assaulting four of his other children, aged 6, 9, 10 and 11, in front of their 29-year-old mother, who has also been detained.

Ten years in prison for the father who chased his daughter with a knife in Agrinio
A 30-year-old Roma man arrested in Agrinio for domestic violence has been sentenced to 10 years in prison without parole. The man chased his 12-year-old daughter with a knife, hit her with a chair and burned her with a cigarette.

Nobody knows what happens behind the closed doors of an apartment except the residents. On Friday, in fact, in one of the daily incidents of domestic violence, "the woman [the victim] denied that anything had happened to her while the alleged perpetrator confronted the police officers, telling them that they had no authority over what was happening in his house."

Disciplinary investigation for police psychiatrists and psychologists who assessed parliament police officer and his wife – 14-Year-old son’s testimony
A disciplinary review was ordered for the Hellenic Police psychiatrists and psychologists in charge of examining the 45-year-old policeman and his 35-year-old wife who failed to get to the bottom of the psychological problems the couple were experiencing and continued to serve one of them in the Parliament while his wife was in the GADA.
Police officer remanded on charges of domestic and child abuse
A 45-year-old police officer has been remanded in charges of rape, sexual abuse of minors and domestic violence, stemming from allegations by his wife and involving four of their five children, aged 9 to 14.
The wife, also a police officer, claims years of abuse, while the officer denies the accusations, attributing them to her alleged mental health issues.

The parliamentary police officer accused of raping his children was sentenced to pretrial detention after his plea.

Pyrgos: The 45-year-old partner of the priest had previously reported that he hit her in the summer
A 49-year-old priest was arrested on Sunday, accused of domestic violence after he allegedly punched a 45-year-old woman he was reportedly in a relationship with.
According to the woman, she had gone out for fun with the priest, and on their way back home, they started arguing in the car. The argument continued at home, with the priest allegedly hitting her.
