STOCKHOLM - The Serbia men's national football team defeated Sweden 3-0 in Stockholm on Saturday evening in its last friendly match before EURO 2024.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (min 18), Aleksandar Mitrovic (min 60) and Dusan Tadic (min 70) provided the goals for Serbia as goalkeeper Predrag Rajkovic produced several excellent saves.

BELGRADE - The head coach of the Serbia men's national football team Dragan Stojkovic on Tuesday announced his final 26-player squad list for EURO 2024.

The squad list is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Vanja Milinkovic Savic, Predrag Rajkovic, Djordje Petrovic.

Defenders: Strahinja Pavlovic, Nikola Milenkovic, Milos Veljkovic, Srdjan Babic, Uros Spajic, Nemanja Stojic.

DOHA - Serbia beat Montenegro 14-6 (4-1, 2-2, 5-3, 3-0) at the water polo world championship in Doha on Wednesday.

Dusan Mandic led the scoring for Serbia with four goals while Djordje Vucinic, Viktor Rasovic and Strahinja Rasovic each scored a brace.

Earlier, US defeated Japan 18-5 in the other Group C match.

Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic has formally taken over the post of finance minister until a new one is named in succession to Dusan Vujovic, who quit this month, the government said late on May 16.

The Serbian government will financially support the EXIT festival for the next six years.

Prime Minister Alekasandar Vucic and Dusan Kovacevic, director of the festival, announced this on Tuesday, Tanjug is reproting.
