Moderate earthquake hits off southeastern Peloponnese
A moderate earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale, struck off the coast of Laconia, in the southeastern Peloponnese, on Friday.
The epicenter of the tremor, which occurred shortly after 3.30 p.m., was 16 kilometers out to sea at a depth of 5 kilometers.
There were no reports of injuries or damage.

Kosjeric -- A 4.6 magnitude earthquake with the epicenter near Kosjeric, and 15 kilometers south of Valjevo, in western Serbia, was registered at 21:47 CET on Sunday.
The 30-second earthquake that was preceded by what was described as "a loud bang" was felt throughout the country.
Strong earthquake shakes south-eastern Japan
An earthquake reaching 6.2 on the Richter scale shook southern Japan, according to the US Geological Institute.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located 290km south-east of the Izu Islands, at a depth of 65 kilometers.

Earthquake in China Causes Injuries to 10,000 People
More than 10,000 people have been injured in an earthquake of 4,4 on Richter's scale in the southern part of China, as announced by Sinhua news agency.
The location was 6 kilometers in the Yunnan province.
There have not been any victims dicovered so far. However, 280 buildings have been destroyed.
Earthquake measuring 4.6 Richter shakes Zakynthos
An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale struck the Ionian island of Zakynthos on Friday morning.
The Geodynamic Institute said the epicenter of the quake was 60 kilometers southwest of the island. The tremor came at 8.16 a.m. No injuries or damage was reported.

Two earthquakes rattle eastern Aegean island
Seismologists appear unconcerned by a double earthquake that shook the eastern Aegean island of Lesvos in the early hours of Saturday.
The first of the tremors, measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale, struck at 3.45 a.m., 36 kilometers southwest of the island.
The second quake followed at 8.20 a.m. It measured 4.8 Richter and its epicenter was 38 kilometers northwest of Lesvos.

Quake hits Ionian island of Corfu
A tremor measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale shook a sea area off the western coast of the Ioanian island of Corfu, late on Monday, the Athens Geodynamic Institute reported.
The earthquakes epicenter was located at a depth of ten kilometers below the surface.
There were no reports of injuries or damage on the island.

Cephalonia jolted by 5R quake
A strong 5-magnitude tremor hit just west of the Greek island of Cephalonia in the Ionian Sea in the early hours of Sunday.
The quake, which hit at 1.15 a.m. local time, had its epicenter 5 kilometers underwater, the Athens Geodynamic Institute reportsed
There have been no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
A 4.7-magnitude quake had hit the island on Friday.

5.2-Magnitude Earthquake Jolts Northern Greece
An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 on the Richter scale was registered in northern Greece, early Saturday.
The quake occurred at 3.16 a.m. some 20 km from the northwestern city of Arta, and 249 km northeast of the capital Athens, Bulgarian news agency BGNES informs.
No damages or victims have been reported.
