Kosovo court wants law on Trepca mining basin annulled

The Special Chamber of the Kosovo Supreme Court has requested the annulment of the Law on Trepca.

Kosovo-based broadcaster RTK is reporting that an EULEX (EU mission in Kosovo) first instance judge of the Supreme Court's Special Chamber found the law was "unconstitutional for two reasons, both based on fundamental rights that guarantee the property in Article 46 of the Constitution."
