The Environment Ministry faces confusion over changes to the building regulations following a recent decision by the Council of State to cancel building bonuses.

To manage the fallout, the ministry has launched a public consultation platform aimed at gathering feedback from builders and individuals affected by the decision, as it works on legislative adjustments.

Greek startup GuestFlip has developed a platform that allows hotel owners to monitor feedback from customers on more than 50 online sites, such as TripAdvisor and Booking.com, and even Instagram hashtags.
The platform will also provide feedback analysis and statistics, allowing hoteliers to zero in on their services that garner the most negative, or positive, comments.

A smart system featuring an application for mobile handsets will provide real-time information about the traffic environment in Bulgaria, according to Regional Development Minister Lilyana Pavlova.

The application is to be released in October.
