Today's forecast is one of cloud over the country, fog in the plains, sometimes with broken clouds before noon,the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology, told Focus News Agency.

 In the morning, there will be low clouds or fog in the lowlands and valleys. In the other regions, mostly sunshine during the day with high broken clouds. It will be almost quiet. Along the Danube and in some places in East Bulgaria, the fog and low clouds will persist and day temperatures there will remain lower, between minus 3°C and minus 1°C.

The cloud feeding in from west will spread over the whole country today. In the morning, there will be fog in some places in the lowlands and valleys.

 Today's weather forecast is broken clouds, middle to high, over the country, and mostly sunshine in many areas. In the Danube Plain there will be low clouds or fog. It will be nearly quiet.

Today in the morning hours in the plains will appear low lay clouds or fog, which will remain in the western part of the Danube plain almost all day long. Above the rest of the country it will be mostly sunny.

Today, until midday, the cloud cover will be significant, but without rainfalls. It will be almost quiet, in the lowlands and foggy in the valleys.

Today it will remain cloudy over Northern Bulgaria, while over the southern regions the clouds will break and clear to mostly sunny weather. In the lowlands and valleys there will be low cloud or fog in the morning.

Around noon clouds will break and sunny skies will set in across areas to the east, as well. There will be light northeast wind, highs will reach 13°C to 18°C. The atmospheric pressure is slightly higher than the November average, it will drop slightly.

In the afternoon, clouds will start to break and visibility will improve, mountainous areas will be mostly sunny throughout the day. The night will be quiet. Today's maximum temperatures will reach 12°C to 17°C.
