Higher education in China

Mothers in crimson dresses and fathers clutching umbrellas huddled together in drizzly Beijing after sending their children into an exam hall on Friday, the first day of China's biggest ever "gaokao" tests that will shape the futures of millions of high school kids.

Some 20 departments of Greek universities have had a low, even single-digit, number of admissions in recent years due to the low demand from students participating in the Panhellenic entry examinations. 

The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens remains in the 1.3% of the best universities worldwide according to the results of the Academic Ranking of World Universities, also known as the Shanghai Ranking (ARWU - "Shanghai Ranking")

The campus is expected to be up and running by 2024. In addition to offering graduate programs in international relations, engineering, medicine and economics, Fudan University's website states that it will facilitate research and "promote high-tech innovation in Hungary".
