Social media footage showed a drone flying towards the refinery before a large ball of flame and black smoke bellowed up into the summer sky.

Russian sovereign wealth fund RDIF said on Jan. 23 it had signed an agreement with Turkey on the production of its Sputnik V vaccine against COVID-19, the Interfax news agency reported.
RDIF added that it had begun transferring the production technology to Turkey.

Russia will start delivering its S-400 missile defense systems to Turkey in July, Russian state arms exporter Rosoboronexport head Alexander Mikheev said April 24, according to Interfax news agency.

14 Confirmed Dead in Russia High-Rise Blast
At least 14 people are confirmed dead from the New Year's Eve explosion at a high-rise apartment building in the Russian city of Magnitogorsk, news agencies reported Wednesday.
Citing local emergency officials, the RIA Novosti, TASS and Interfax news agencies said the number of dead had risen to 14 as rescuers pulled more bodies from the rubble of the collapsed building.
