Dacic rules out possibility of giving Kosovo UN chair
Foreign Minister and First Deputy PM Ivica Dacic on Thursday ruled out the possibility of Kosovo joining the UN by saying this was "out of the question."
Asked whether he considers the issue of Kosovo's possible "chair" in the UN to be a topic, Dacic replied: "What chair - maybe a wooden footstool. That's out of the question!"

Ivica Dacic on Tuesday pointed to EU double standards in interpreting the referendum in Catalonia and the unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo.
Speaking for RTS, in remarks carried by the Serbian government, the foreign minister stressed that both cases represented unilateral acts contrary to international law.
Vucic: Political solution for Kosovo our national priority
NEW YORK - Reaching a political solution for the issue of Kosovo- Metohija is the national priority for Serbia, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said in the UN General Assembly on Thursday.
"You know that we do not recognise the unilateral declaration of independence of the so-called Kosovo," Vucic said, calling on UN member states not to allow an admission of Kosovo to UNESCO.
UN SC meeting on Kosovo expected to be held May 16
NEW YORK - The next UN Security Council meeting on Kosovo should be held on May 16, the UN has announced on its website.
The UN secretary-general's regular quarterly report on the situation in Kosovo should be presented at the meeting.

Kosovo is not, and cannot become state - minister
Kosovo is not a state, there is no law and justice there neither for Serbs nor for Albanians, and not everyone who lives in the territory accepts it as a state.
