Google pulls 'Bomb Gaza' game from app store after backlash
A mobile game that simulates Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip and invites users to "drop bombs and avoid killing civilians" has been pulled from Google Inc's app store, a company spokesman said on Monday after a public backlash.

Kosovo Rally Denounces Israel’s ‘Genocide’ in Gaza
Around 100 Kosovars gathered on Friday in Pristina’s main Ibrahim Rugova square to protest against Israel’s iron-fisted military tactics against Hamas militants in Gaza.
Fuad Ramiqi, the organizer of the rally, said that the people of Kosovo “have a moral obligation” to condemn what is happening in Gaza “where children, women, and elderly people are being killed.

Deadly shelling only hours into three-day Gaza truce
Israeli shelling killed eight people in Gaza on Aug. 1 just hours into a three-day truce, medics said, as a diplomatic push for a more durable end to the bloodshed gained pace.
The skies over Gaza initially fell silent after the humanitarian truce came into effect at at 8 a.m. (0500 GMT), the latest and longest of several agreed since the conflict broke out on July 8.
