Fire in Aitoloakarnania under partial control
A wildfire in the Agia Triada forest area of Thermo, Aitoloakarnania, Western Greece, is now partially under control, the Fire Service reported Thursday.
Ground and aerial units have been actively engaged in firefighting efforts since Wednesday.

Man arrested for ex-partner’s murder to testify
A man arrested for the murder of his former partner outside a police station in northern Athens on April 1 is expected to testify before an investigative magistrate later on Thursday.
