Lebanese Minister: the Prime Minister who Recently Resigned will Soon Return to the Country
Lebanese Interior Minister Nuhad Mashnuk said today that he believes Prime Minister Saad Hariri, who resigned in the weekend while being Saudi Arabia, will return to Lebanon in a few days, Reuters reported.
Turkish Airlines signs deal with Lebanon's MEA
Turkey's national flag carrier, Turkish Airlines, signed a new cooperation agreement with Lebanon's Middle East Airlines (MEA) on May 4.
During a ceremony at the Rafiq Hariri International Airport in Beirut, Turkish Ambassador to Lebanon Çağatay Erciyes said the deal would encourage more visitors from Turkey.

Lebanon marks civil war's 40th anniversary
Several Lebanese leaders on April 13 warned that the lessons of the country?s civil war should not be forgotten, 40 years after the 15-year conflict began.
April 13 marks the 40th anniversary of the 1975 conflict, in which 150,000 people were killed before a peace deal was reached in 1990.
