Grevena: 54-year-old man arrested for illegal lottery
For violation of the legislation on fundraising and lotteries, a 54-year-old man was arrested by police officers of the Department of Crime Detection and Investigation of Grevena, who was found to be illegally conducting a lottery, without a license from the competent authority.
FINAL: State Monopoly on Lottery Games in Bulgaria
The Bulgarian National Assembly adopted on a second reading the proposals of the leader of the National Front for the Salvation of Bulgaria for amendments to the Gambling Act which bans private lotteries in this country, BNR reported.

OPAP profits rise 18.5 pct in Q3
OPAP, Europe's fifth-biggest betting firm by revenues, saw its third-quarter net profit rise 18.5 percent, helped by its growing video lottery business.
Net profit in the July to September period stood at 39 million euros, up from 33 million euros in the same period last year, OPAP said.
The figure was in line with analysts' forecasts.
